Beat License Agreement

1. What you receive

When you buy an eligible individual beat license, you receive electronic delivery of the listed audio product, normally including one WAV file and this Beat License Agreement or a license record linked to your account or checkout.

2. Ownership

Cashborne keeps full ownership of the beat, instrumental, composition, sound recording, stems, melodies, drums, arrangements and related rights unless a separate written exclusive agreement says otherwise. A purchase gives you permission to use the beat under this license. It does not transfer ownership.

3. Individual beat license

An individual beat purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to create and monetize one new song using that beat on distribution platforms, streaming platforms, social media, video platforms and live performance contexts, subject to this agreement.

4. Membership beat license

A membership beat license is conditional on an active paid CashBeats Membership. While your membership is active, you may download eligible membership beats and create songs with them under the membership limits shown on the website.

Membership beats are not unlimited-use beats. Unless Cashborne gives you a separate written agreement, all other rules in this Beat License Agreement apply to membership beats as well, including the standard stream limit, credit requirement, non-exclusive ownership terms, no-resale rule, no Content ID rule, copyright registration restrictions, payment failure rules, breach rules and revocation rules.

If your membership ends, fails, is cancelled, or is charged back, your right to download membership beats and create, upload, release, distribute or monetize new songs using membership beats ends. To keep using a membership beat after membership ends, you should buy an individual license or get written permission from Cashborne.

5. Standard usage limit

Unless the beat page, membership page, checkout, invoice, or a separate written agreement says otherwise, a standard non-exclusive lease allows up to 250,000 total monetized streams or plays across platforms. This limit applies to both individually purchased beats and membership beats. If your song exceeds that limit, you need to upgrade, renew, buy an unlimited license, or contact Cashborne.

6. Credit

You must credit Cashborne where reasonably possible using: “Prod. Cashborne”, “Produced by Cashborne”, or similar credit. If a platform has no credit field, this requirement applies where credits are practically available.

7. What you may not do

You may not resell, lease, license, upload, share, give away, redistribute, or claim ownership of the beat by itself. You may not place the beat, instrumental, or a song using the beat into Content ID, YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, TikTok Content ID, fingerprinting systems, copyright-claim systems, or any system that could block, monetize, strike, mute, DMCA, or claim other users who also have rights to the same non-exclusive beat.

8. Copyright registration and publishing

You may register and collect income for your own lyrics and vocal performance in your finished song. You may not register yourself as owner of the beat or instrumental. You may not register the beat in a way that prevents Cashborne or other licensees from using the same beat.

9. Non-exclusive nature

This license is non-exclusive. Cashborne may continue selling, licensing, using, uploading, removing, modifying, or promoting the same beat unless you have a separate written exclusive agreement.

10. Payment failure, fraud and chargebacks

If your payment fails, is refunded because of fraud, or is charged back, the license is revoked immediately unless Cashborne confirms otherwise in writing. If a chargeback is reversed or the payment is restored, Cashborne may decide whether to reinstate the license.

11. Breach and revocation

Cashborne may revoke a license if you materially breach this agreement, commit fraud, misuse the beat, violate Content ID restrictions, resell the beat, impersonate ownership, or create legal risk for Cashborne or other licensees. Cashborne should not revoke a valid paid license for no reason after proper payment and lawful use.

12. Refund and revocation by agreement

Cashborne may offer a refund and revoke a license if there was a mistaken sale, duplicate sale, technical issue, abuse, rights problem, or other serious reason. If a license is revoked after refund, you must stop using the beat unless you obtain a new license.

13. No endorsement

Using a Cashborne beat does not mean Cashborne endorses your song, brand, lyrics, video, message, release, company, artist project, or public statements.
