2. Personal data collected
Cashborne.com may collect your email address, account ID, login/account status, membership status, purchase history, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, accepted legal version, support messages, and basic technical/security information needed to operate the website.
3. Why this data is used
Your data is used to create and secure your account, provide purchased beats and membership access, process payments through Stripe, record legal acceptance at checkout, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
For account access, purchases, subscriptions, delivery and support, the legal basis is generally performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract. For fraud prevention, security and basic service protection, the legal basis may be legitimate interest. For tax, accounting or legal records, the legal basis may be legal obligation. Marketing emails will only be used if a proper legal basis applies.
5. Service providers
Cashborne.com uses third-party providers to operate the website. These may include Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; and Vercel for hosting and deployment. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
6. Payment data
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Cashborne.com does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Storage and retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account access, prove purchases and licenses, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. If data is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
8. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside Sweden or the EU/EEA. Where required, this should be handled using appropriate safeguards provided by the service provider.
9. Your rights

If you believe your personal data is handled incorrectly, you may contact Cashborne first. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

The website may use necessary cookies, authentication storage, cart storage, and Stripe-related tools required for login, checkout, security and basic functionality. Non-essential tracking should not be added without an appropriate consent setup.
