1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service apply when you access Cashborne.com, create an account, buy beats, subscribe to CashBeats Membership, download digital products, or use any service offered through the website.

2. Operator and contact

Cashborne.com is operated by Cashborne. For questions, support, licensing, privacy requests, or business inquiries, contact realcashborne@hotmail.com.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to access purchases, membership content, downloads, or admin/member features. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for using accurate information when creating an account or checking out.

4. Beats, licenses and digital delivery

Buying or downloading a beat does not transfer ownership of the beat. It gives you a limited license under the Beat License Agreement. The exact license depends on whether you bought an individual beat or accessed a beat through an active membership.

5. CashBeats Membership

CashBeats Membership is a recurring subscription. Membership access continues while the subscription is active and paid. If a payment fails, the membership is cancelled, or the membership expires, access to membership-only downloads and membership-only usage rights may end according to the Beat License Agreement.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Cashborne.com does not store full card numbers. Prices are displayed before checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, payment fees, or bank fees may depend on your location and payment provider.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Digital products and licenses are normally considered delivered once access, download, or electronic delivery begins, but this does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that may apply by law.

8. Prohibited use

You may not attack, scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with Cashborne.com. You may not use the website or beats for fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, or any use that violates the license terms.

9. Intellectual property

Cashborne owns or controls the Cashborne brand, website content, beats, audio, designs, graphics, text and other protected material unless otherwise stated. Nothing on the website transfers ownership unless a separate written agreement says so.

10. Changes and availability

The website may change over time. Features may be updated, removed, interrupted, or replaced. Legal terms may also be updated. The version accepted at checkout will apply to that checkout unless a later written agreement replaces it.

11. Termination

Cashborne may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, violate a license, misuse downloads, charge back a payment, attempt fraud, or use the website in a harmful way.

12. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Swedish law, without removing mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
